I had to change my original appointment time which was very easy to do, online and i received both email and text confirmation about my appointment time from Swale Heating. The engineer was actually slightly early, which was great, he was polite and thorough.

The service that Swale Heating gives has always been 1st class we had the service man call this week to carry out our annual boiler service he was very polite wore a mask at all times and very efficient at carrying out his work, would recommend Swale Heating to everyone.

The engineer phoned ahead of arrival and was on time, worked methodically and cleanly and was very professional. The same excellent service we had when Swale Heating replaced our boiler a year ago. Strongly recommend them.

I was initially nervous at allowing a Swale engineer into my house to carry out the annual safety check on my Boiler. However, Swale contacted me prior to the visit and together we went through a COVID-19 checklist. The engineer wore a mask and latex gloves during his visit.

The office called us to say the engineer had a cancellation and asked if it was OK to do the service on our boiler instead. When he came he was polite and efficient. No mess left behind and he explained the results to us. As always cannot fault Swale Heating. Would recommend them to anyone.
