Having had some heating problems - called out Swale to take a look. Customer services were attentive and helpful and engineer showed up when arranged. No complaints at all with regards the the work done or the speed with which it was done, price also good- great job.

Operative who carried out services was extremely polite and pleasant. Explained what he was doing and answered clearly any queries we had. Worked neatly. Thoroughly recommend the service package and, of course, the boiler.

The guy in the call centre was very friendly and helpful. The engineer who serviced our system was was very polite friendly and he left the house clean. I’d highly recommend swale heating since my last visit.
