Purchase Ledger Supervisor

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Office based in Sittingbourne
Full time, Permanent

As a Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will be responsible for the management of the purchase ledger function, including the supervision of 2 members of staff in the team. You will also be responsible for the monthly accruals and prepayments. Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation for the annual external audit, and administration of manufacturer rebates to ensure all funds are recovered where appropriate.

What do we need from you?

  • At least 5 years’ experience of working in an account’s environment
  • Supervisory experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical and organised work style
  • Deadline focussed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 preferred but not essential

Hours of work:

37 hours, Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30, hybrid working
