Lead Technician - South London
Salary: £37,000- £42,500 + 8% London Weighting – earn up to an addition £400 a month with our KPI bonus scheme!

As a Lead Technician you are expected to meet the targets set of you to achieve this role, these include, but are not limited to first time fix, customer satisfaction and cost per job, productivity, and complaint performance.
You will be the technical lead in your team and support your colleagues in all aspects of technical quality. You will be required to coach, mentor, and audit your colleagues to ensure they meet the standards required. You will be required to stand in for the RSM where required.

- First Time Fix 70%+
- Recall Rate <15%

What do we need from you?
- CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT (minimum of six months before expiry)
- Energy efficiency
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Unvented Hot Water
- Minimum of 5 years gas servicing experience
Nice to have but not essential
- Solar thermal, unvented hot water, air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps
- OFTEC, HETAS, SSSTS, LPG
- Auditing – VRQ3
About the role:
Level: Field based
Hours: 45 hours per week - Monday-Friday, 8am -5.30pm
