At Swale Heating, the health and safety of our customers, as well as our employees, is our primary concern. We continue to maintain our boiler services, repairs and installations and we are adhering to Government advice.
To ensure we comply with government advice, we will be asking additional questions at the initial point of contact, to ensure we understand the status of the household in question.

When entering your property, all our engineers are equipped with anti-bacterial wipes and sanitiser spray, and they will ensure they wipe surfaces down before and after their work. They will wear masks and gloves for the whole time that they are inside the property, but we also ask customers to remain at least 2 metres away from our engineers for the duration of the visit to ensure everyone is kept safe during these times.
