I changed to swale heating from British Gas about 3 years ago mainly due to the rising prices etc... I use swale for 2 properties - the service is considerably cheaper and I have found the call-out and repairs to be excellent and I'm very pleased with service overall. I would recommend.

Engineer was prompt,efficient,wearing all protective equipment required for visiting shielding customers. Carried out all tasks and asked if we had any problems not reported before leaving. Good job in difficult times.

Brilliant Service. I spoke to someone in the morning for a breakdown and they advise the engineer would be with me in the afternoon. He arrived in the early afternoon and wore a mask as requested. He was quick and efficient and managed to get our boiler working again in no time. Would definitely use again :)
