I changed to swale heating from British Gas about 3 years ago mainly due to the rising prices etc... I use swale for 2 properties - the service is considerably cheaper and I have found the call-out and repairs to be excellent and I'm very pleased with service overall. I would recommend.

Carried out all tasks and asked if we had any problems not reported before leaving.

Brilliant Service. I spoke to someone in the morning for a breakdown and they advise the engineer would be with me in the afternoon. He arrived in the early afternoon and wore a mask as requested. He was quick and efficient and managed to get our boiler working again in no time. Would definitely use again :)

The office called us to say the engineer had a cancellation and asked if it was OK to do the service on our boiler instead. When he came he was polite and efficient. No mess left behind and he explained the results to us. As always cannot fault Swale Heating. Would recommend them to anyone.

Swale Heating fitted new boiler at my mother in laws house. It was a big job due to it being an oil using boiler. The service received was excellent and stress free.
