I reported a boiler fault at 0800 on Wednesday 20th January. The operator got back to me quickly and said an engineer would call between 2-10.Although it was late when the engineer arrived (2145) he soon identified the fault and fixed it and was gone by 2215. He was cheerful, friendly and very efficient.

Called Swale as I had a very noisy boiler the pump bearings were failing they arranged for an engineer to come and look at it within 5 days the system was still working within 2 hours they rang back and asked if they could come the next day as they had a cancellation the engineer arrived at 8 am diagnosed the problem phoned his office and within 1 hour he had a new part and fitted it. I am 75 years old and judged to be extremely vulnerable as I have a severe lung problem the Company and the engineer went way above and beyond the norm for which I will be forever grateful 119% effort thank you Swale.

Their response to our emergency call-out was excellent. The young lady on the end of the phone dealt with our query quickly and sympathetically - we are currently shielding and have anxieties about people coming into the house. The engineer arrived promptly, masked up and took every precaution to alleviate our concerns. Not only that he was extremely efficient and pleasant. Well done Swale Heating!

As always the Swale heating engineer was polite and helpful . This year he was wearing a mask and kept to the social distancing rules.

Excellent service, quoted one week and the boiler was installed on the following week. The engineer who attended (Adam) was efficient, polite and trustworthy. His workmanship was very high. Thoroughly impressed with the speed and quality of the work.
