I was very apprehensive to have someone in my house during the pandemic, but the engineer that came followed all of the government guidelines and was very pleasant, would welcome him back next year.

Trouble emerged with our central heating system which was immediately diagnosed by the Swale engineer, as a drop in water pressure . The call to Swale was made mid-morning and an appointment was confirmed almost by return for between 4-10 pm the same day. The engineer arrived just after 4.00!! That’s what we call service.

In these current strange times, I can not fault their customer service.Gary was very helpful, I was phoned back very quickly and we had a video call to help sort this issue. Gary could see exactly what the problem was and told me how to fix it meaning we had hot water and heating again.

After reading positive reviews I chose this company for my annual boiler service. They were great throughout the whole process and I can't recommend them enough. The engineer was pleasant and took the time to explain what he was checking and happy to give general advice. He also adjusted a few things and wrote a detailed report on what he had done and things to consider in the future. Very happy with the service and will continue using them going forward.
