My wife and I are both in our 80s, we woke up Sun morning to no heating or hot water. I rang your help number at about 8.30am spoke to an extremely helpful young lady who said "I'm leaving you for a minute DONT hang up." Perhaps 5 mins later she was back to tell me that an engineer would visit us today but could not give an exact time. About 3/4 of an hour later an engineer rang to say "Ill be with you within half an hour" He duly arrived was very polite/pleasant and sorted our problem very quickly. I haven't the words to express how well we were treated from start to finish. THANK YOU.

I was impressed by the engineers work and the way he never got close to me and wiped all surfaces down after his visit. He was polite and very friendly.

Good initial phone contact to arrange boiler service and explain social distancing requirements. Service carried out, very pleased with all aspects of the visit.

I reported a boiler fault at 0800 on Wednesday 20th January. The operator got back to me quickly and said an engineer would call between 2-10.Although it was late when the engineer arrived (2145) he soon identified the fault and fixed it and was gone by 2215. He was cheerful, friendly and very efficient.
