I was initially nervous at allowing a Swale engineer into my house to carry out the annual safety check on my Boiler. However, Swale contacted me prior to the visit and together we went through a COVID-19 checklist. The engineer wore a mask and latex gloves during his visit.

23 June 2020 I had an annual service on my boiler. The Engineer phoned me 20 minutes before hand to let me know he was on his way, arrived wearing a mask and gloves. Very polite and got on with the job. I was very pleased with it all.

Received a letter about the boiler service with a date and time, then received a message to check if it was still convenient. The engineer turned up within the time stated and was very aware about social distancing. He was very polite and efficient with the boiler service. Very satisfied with the visit.

Engineer was in good time within time slot allotted, was very pleasant, and thorough, my boiler is only just a year old so he didn't have any issues to deal with, but on the whole job done and no problems.
This was the yearly check. Not one, but two people turned up this year. Both were polite and friendly. I have had Swale Heating for several years now, they always arrive when they say they will, unlike the people I had before them. A year or so ago I had a problem where if I just turned the hot water on the rad's also got hot. Not what you need in summer. Swale Heating came out, fitted a new part, and were gone. No hassle, and no mess. I know that if I get a problem with my gas heating then Swale are only a phone call away.

The engineers name was Cello he was very polite and nothing was to much he sorted the water heating problem out. Very professional made sure that everything was working well before leaving without any mess or cleaning up to do

I can't praise the engineer who came to do our annual boiler check enough. His name is Jake Edwards. He traveled all the way from Dover to Manchester and back on a Friday night just to make sure that he had the right part to fix our boiler. He came with Mark Thompson today (Monday) and managed to fix our boiler so that we had the minimum time with no heating or hot water. We really are so grateful for customer service that went far above anything we have ever experienced! Thanks to both engineers and an extra special thank you to Jake!!

Annual boiler service, they were on time, they found 2 minor things not quite right with the boiler and remedied them straight away. Plumber was polite and friendly, all this earned them a 5 star award from me.
