I contacted Swale on behalf of a neighbour who had no heating or hot water. The 3 engineers who came were brilliant with him, keeping him calm and being very respectful of his property. They did a brilliant job, particularly considering the amount of things in the way. Customer services were also very helpful on the phone.

Needed an Emergency callout... Had to wait a while for our call to be answered but once we spoke to the wonderful Lady who deals with your call. She managed to contact an engineer who was fairly near to us and he was fantastic was with us within 40 minutes.

Very good the engineer was very thorough and carried out boiler service and checked on the Radiators.

The installer was on time and very efficient and clean up afterwards. the salesman was also very helpful in getting me to reach a decision on the brand of the boiler.
