My wife's elderly parents both in there 80's living in Kenton West London, refused to get their heating sorted so have been boiling water for ages, not good! We finally talked them into getting it sorted and decided to run with Swale. It has been a very good experience and today both my wife patents got up to a warm house. Swale turned up when they said, started when they said and finished when they said, plus went out their way, and the office staff again were excellent. I am in the building trade and can say their fitter Vince from Sudbury is a credit to the company.
