Had our first visit after moving to Swale as our boiler cover specialists and had a great experience with their engineer Anthony. He was here for just under an hour and thoroughly checked the boiler, gas supply and other gas appliances which we have never seen before with our previous suppliers. Everything was explained in plain English and couldn't have asked for more from an initial visit.

Very efficient service from the minute I filled out the online form, with a member of your staff telephoning me to book an appointment, to the engineer arriving to carry out the service. The engineer telephoned prior to arriving, was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and worked thoroughly and tidily. I also appreciated the ability to check the Gas Safe registration of the engineer prior to his arrival and the member part of your website to see when the engineer was due. Well done!

I can only speak from personal experience with Swale heating. Two years ago we had a replacement boiler and opted for a premium service contract. The boiler is great, the fitters were brilliant, we had some problems with the electrician, but that got resolved quite quickly. Since then our boiler has been serviced by them and so far, we’ve had no problems. These are difficult times right now, but we’ve always had a good and reliable service from them, even for our previous boiler which wasn’t fitted by them!
