We make new boiler installations easy for you and your resident. You will have a contract manager as your point of contact, and they will work with you to deliver your installation programme. You can provide us with a list of properties which require replacements, and we also offer reactive replacements, for those properties where there has been a failure, which is not economical or possible to repair.
We will converse with your tenant to ensure the time of installation suits them. We will always ensure that any exposed carpets, flooring or any surfaces are fully protected while our engineers are working. Our experienced, highly competent engineers are all Gas Safe registered and trained.
Our engineers’ vans are well stocked with all products, appliances and parts needed for routine installation work. This means that our engineers are always in a position to complete the installation as quickly as possible.
We can manage all aspects of your new boiler installation programme from initial surveys and appointments right through to providing the correct compliancy documents.
