Demelza easter egg collection

As a local Kent business, Swale Heating is proud to support and be a part of its local community.
One focus for Swale Heating is supporting and fundraising for its chosen local charity Demelza Hospice Care for Children, a charity that the business and staff have built a partnership with over the last 12 years.
Demelza is a children’s hospice charity in the South-East of the UK that provides unrivalled care and support for seriously ill babies, children, young people, and their families.
Throughout the year, Swale Heating’s staff help to raise money by participating in Delemza’s charity events, offering business funded volunteer days, and organising fundraising events within the office that raise funds or gifts for the charity. More than everm charities need our help as the pandemic made running fundraising events almost impossible over the past two years.
With this in mind, the employees here at Swale Heating wanted to do something this Easter to help put a smile on the children’s faces. So throughout March, eggs have been donated by our employees and were then hand-delivered to the hospice at the start of April, just in time to be enjoyed over the Easter holidays. We would like to say a huge thank you to all our employees that donated chocolate easter eggs and we look forward to seeing what other ideas our staff have up their sleeves to raise money in the future.
