Important Update re Your Swale Heating Contract

We are excited to announce Swale Heating has merged with K & T Heating, to form a new business known as, Sureserve Compliance South. This is a strategic move, which will enhance our ability to serve you and your family’s needs.
As part of this transition, our company will be relocating our headquarters from Sittingbourne to Dartford.
Sureserve Compliance South will be responsible for the heating maintenance in over 300,000 homes across the South East.
It is important to note you will continue to be a customer of Swale Heating, however, our service delivery of your contract will be performed by Sureserve Compliance South. Further information on this can be found in our terms and conditions, which are here: Service and Maintenance Terms & Conditions - Swale Heating (see ‘Other Important Terms’). As the service delivery provision transitions to Sureserve Compliance South, you will initially continue to see Swale Heating liveried vans and uniform. As vans and equipment reach end of life, we’ll replace these with Sureserve liveried products. All of our operatives will carry Sureserve identity cards.
We want to reassure you that throughout this process, our commitment to providing you with the same high level of service you have come to expect from us remains unchanged. In fact, with the combined resources and expertise of both companies, including over 500 directly employed Gas Safe registered engineers, we will be able to offer even greater support and improve our services to better meet your needs.
You do not need to do anything, any outstanding works (including your annual boiler service) will continue as normal.
As part of our transition, we have implemented a dedicated freephone line to ensure your queries can be dealt with by the right team quickly – the number is 0800 193 3002.
Please note, our customer portal will be offline temporarily, whilst we make improvements.
