Combination boiler

• A combination boiler heats your radiators and hot water directly with no need for a hot water or cold water storage tanks within your property.

System boiler

• A system boiler will have the main boiler unit and a separate hot water system, usually in the airing cupboard.

Regular boiler

• A regular boiler will have the main boiler unit and a hot water storage tank, but also have a small feed and expansion tank, and a large cold water storage tank in your loft.

Back boiler

• A back boiler is a regular boiler that may be fitted behind your fireplace in a reception room.
