Kate joined Swale Heating in May 2017
Kate’s focus is our customers; setting standards to deliver an outstanding service to each and every one of our customers. We now have a Centre of Customer Excellence, which is proudly the heart of our business. Kate previously was responsible for designing customer service delivery & contact centres nationally, to deliver the best levels of customer service within a multi-site, multi-channel demanding service. Kate is very passionate and driven to empower her area of our business to deliver the highest level of customer service, explaining “our customers deserve the very best service”.
Technical Bid Manager
Chris joined Swale Heating in November 2001
Having worked in the industry for over 30 years Chris has a wealth of experience in the sector. He has fulfilled a number of roles within the company both in the social housing and private sectors and is currently involved with business development with particular responsibility for ensuring we are offering a competitive package within our bids.
Head of Technical Service and Private Contracts
Mark joined Swale Heating in June 2015
Overall responsibility for all Gas Technical Operations across the business. Mark is also responsible for looking after Swale Heating’s Private Contract customers. Mark is dedicated to ensuring outstanding service delivery from both the indoor and outdoor teams.
Head of IT
Grahame joined Swale Heating in March 2018
Grahame’s focus is around IT performance and standardisation allowing the business to provide outstanding service and support to our customers. Grahame is also responsible for designing and implementing the GDPR and data protection policies and processes for the business. Prior to working at Swale Grahame was an IT Consultant working for household names such as Tate Galleries, Mencap and the NHS. Grahame holds Microsoft, Security, Project Management & ITIL certifications and is looking to enhance these frameworks into Swale Heating's infrastructure.
Head of Contracts
Chiara joined Swale Heating in October 2012
Chiara has previously worked with the social housing sector giving her a wealth of experience and understanding of our clients and their customer’s needs and expectations. She is responsible for overall day to day operations of the Contracts department, ensuring that it delivers legal compliance, agreed performance targets and KPI’s. She promotes high standard of work and customer service excellence upholding company objectives, vision and values.
