Landlord Boiler Service
As a landlord, you require complete peace of mind. Ensuring the boiler in your property is serviced annually is a statutory requirement and at Swale Heating we want to make that process as simple as possible for you.
An annual service and Landlord’s Gas Safety Record (LGSR), allows our engineers to keep your boiler working safely and efficiently. They’re able to spot any problems before they escalate in to costly repairs, which means your boiler should be reliable for your customer/tenant.
If you have a new boiler you may also be required to have your boiler serviced every year to uphold your manufacturer warranty.
A one-off boiler service and LGSR can be carried out for a standard charge of just £98 inc VAT (This is £70 for the service and £28 for the LGSR).
