Trainee Customer Planner

Basic Salary: £19,000 + £1,000 Shift Allowance

Purpose of the role:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and planning efficiencies to the Customer Service Operations Department
  • You will impact the experience of every customer, being their first point of contact, offering help, support, guidance and allocating appointments in accordance with service levels
  • You will be friendly, professional, and empathetic, using the tools and information available to find the best possible solution for the customer

Hours of work:

37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day between the hours of 8am-8pm, inclusive of 1 working day in 3 weekends
