Senior Contracts Officer
Salary: £29,000-£30,000
Location: Sittingbourne, potential for hybrid working after probation and some travel to offsite client meetings

The Senior Contracts Officer play a fundamental role in running the day-to-day operations of the Contracts department. You will support the Client Relations Managers and Contract Operations Manager to ensure targets are met and the administration team is running efficiently.
You will have exceptional organisational skills, be an effective communicator with proven skills of managing, coaching, and mentoring a busy administration team. You will have a can-do attitude and the ability to think “outside the box” whilst maintaining the expectations of our clients and internal stakeholders. This is a fast-paced environment where you will need to be flexible and adaptable while juggling multiple priorities.
We are looking for a confident individual who likes a varied and challenging position, with constantly changing priorities. You will be confident in creating processes to overcome challenges and streamlining activities.

What do we need from you?
- 3 to 4 years administrative experience within a customer/client facing role. Direct industry related experience would be an advantage but not essential
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in managing staff. (Performance monitoring, 1-2-1s, return to works and recruitment etc)
- 5 GCSE’s Grades A-C (level 9-4) or equivalent or able to show appropriate competence at this level
- Relevant industry or social housing qualifications would be an advantage but not essential
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- The company operates extensive IT systems and mobile technology. You will be expected to familiarise yourself with the operation of such systems
About the role
Level: Operational
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:00 and 17:30
