What do we need from you?
- At least 2 years purchase ledger experience
- Analytical and organised work style
- Deadline focussed
- Knowledge of Sage 200 preferred but not essential
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Accounts team as a Purchase Ledger Assistant based in our Sittingbourne head office, with some remote working. You will be primarily responsible for the administration and processing of invoices relating to overhead costs and assisting with other purchase ledger tasks as required. Your main duties will include, processing overhead invoices, reconciling supplier statements, weekly reporting of invoice queries for submission to suppliers and other similar duties
Hours: Part-time 24 hour per week
