Gas Breakdown Engineer - Weekends - Ashford

Salary: £40,602 – earn up to an addition £400 a month with our KPI bonus scheme!
Location: Ashford

As a Senior Technician you are expected to meet the targets set of you to achieve this role, these include, but are not limited to first time fix, customer satisfaction and cost per job.

You are expected to provide and deliver a quality system of work in the areas of gas and plumbing repairs and maintenance. The role of Senior Technician is to provide the very best service possible, be an ambassador for Swale Heating and to encourage and promote excellent performance from your peers.

  • First Time Fix 70%+
  • Recall Rate <15%
  • Productivity >75%

What do we need from you?

  • CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT (minimum of six months before expiry)
  • Energy efficiency
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Minimum of 2 years gas servicing and maintenance experience preferred

Nice to have but not essential:

  • HIU experience
  • Solar Thermal
  • Heat Pumps

About the role

Level: Field based

Hours of work: Summer

Monday to Friday, working hours 45 hours per week between 8am – 6.30pm

Hours of work: Winter

Monday to Friday, working hours 45 hours per week between 8am – 6.30pm

Alternate weekends, Saturday & Sunday standby hours 12 noon Saturday – 8am Monday
