Commercial Senior Planner

The Commercial Senior Planner will act as a liaison between Swale Heating and our clients, to prepare variation works, administer, plan and oversee all commercial and district heating engineers’ workflows ensuring maximum productivity, arranging, and scheduling all commercial servicing and overseeing HIU, unvented cylinder requirements and repairs.

You will be responsible for capturing revenue from all workflows, ensure all revenue is logged and recorded, and ensuring all variation and applications are correct prior to invoicing.

This role will be targeted at an experienced individual with accurate administration skills, excellent organisational skills, exceptional communication skills and proven experience of working with external clients.

What do we need from you?

  • Qualified to A Level standard (or equivalent)
  • 2-4 years’ administrative experience within a customer/client facing role. Direct industry related experience would be an advantage but not essential
  • Experience of planning/scheduling works
  • Experience with client facing tasks
  • Experienced in tasks that require a high level of accuracy
  • Demonstrable communication skills
  • Proven organisational and planning skills
  • Competent with learning IT systems

Hours of work:

37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:00 and 17:30 - 7.5 hours per day.
