'Your firm has just completed the installation boiler and upgrading our one-pipe central heating system to two-pipe. The person who carried out the work was Paul. I just wanted to express our complete satisfaction at the standard of work carried out. There is no doubt in my mind that the job was not the easiest to complete, because we have some wooden floors, and others which are tiled, but nevertheless Paul managed to change the location of the boiler from the kitchen to the garage, replace existing pipe work, and add towel rails and radiators without having to carry out any significant remedial decoration afterwards. We are delighted at the standard of workmanship and we wanted to ensure that such professionalism does not go unrecognised. We also found Grant Ball, your heating consultant, to be extremely helpfully and friendly. All told we would be very pleased to recommend Swale Heating to anybody who needs such work carried out.'

Following the completion of the installation this week, I would like to express our high degree of satisfaction with the manner in which the work was carried out.
The engineer who did the power cleansing went about the task in a quiet and very efficient manner. The electrician likewise exuded efficiency and competence. The engineer who undertook the installation and associated tasks, got on with the work in a painstaking way without fuss, and as well was always ready to answer any points that we raised.
They all made us feel confident that they all knew precisely what they were doing, and notably tidied up as they went along. All in all very professional and personable approach from each of them.

Would like to make a special thanks to the engineer, for the effort he put in installing the new radiators. He met with complications but eventually overcame them to the point of returning on saturday to finalise the job and ensuring we had heating. We cannot praise him enough. Also the electrician who also had simular problems and came three times to resolve the electrics.
